We are now looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to join our team in Northampton


As a customer service advisor you will be:

•Taking both emergency and non emergency calls from the public
•Providing health and safety advice
•Answering an queries
•Offering advice on meters and plumbers

The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

•Ideally have previous customer service experience
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•Strong IT skills
•Flexible and willing to work shifts
•Works well under pressure
•A team player

In return you will get a starting salary of £13,776 rising to £14,315 after one month plus a shift allowance onsite restaurant and onsite parking.
