Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £27,000 to £32,000



Are you an experienced professional in the Health & Social Care sector?



My client is a well-established Training provider based in Oxfordshire. Their business is focused on the training and development of people within the Health and Social Care industry.



This reputable company are currently looking to find a new Head of Training for their centre.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Care industry and be qualified to Level 4/RMA/LMC Standard.



The role will incorporate co-ordinating and managing the team of assessors, verifiers and trainers working within the organisation, as well as conducting some hands-on training yourself.



The main day-to-day role will be based at their Training Centre in Oxfordshire, but there may also be some travel involved to assess and train outside candidates.



The following qualifications are required;



NVQ Level 4/RMA/LMC Qualification in Health and Social Care

A1 or D32/33 Assessors Award

V1 or D34 Verifiers Award

PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Cert.Ed/7307 or similar Teaching Award

A Desire to Pass on your Skills and Experience to others
